Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
PMO professional
to oversee project governance, reporting, and delivery standards across the organization. The PMO will act as the backbone of the project execution framework and support project managers, senior leadership, and delivery teams in tracking progress and maintaining control over timelines, scope, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
project governance frameworks, processes, and templates
Monitor
project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Facilitate
project reviews, reporting
, and
status updates
for leadership
Ensure project documentation, timelines, and deliverables are
accurately tracked
Manage
risk registers
, issue logs, and ensure timely resolution/escalation
Coordinate between cross-functional teams to support project execution
Maintain and enhance
project management tools
and systems (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
Drive
process improvements
and ensure
standardization
across projects
Support the
portfolio management function
by tracking project KPIs and aligning with strategic goals
Conduct
training and mentoring
sessions for project teams on PMO tools and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
3+ years of experience in a
PMO or project coordination role
(preferably in IT)
Strong understanding of
project management methodologies
(Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence, etc.)
Excellent
communication, stakeholder management
, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-PBA certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
for reporting, data tracking, and analysis
Preferred Skills
Experience working in
Agile/Hybrid environments
Exposure to
AR/VR/AI-based projects
will be an advantage
Familiarity with
budget tracking and resource forecasting
