1. To be in charge of any new project development as assigned by management. 2. To be in charge of any engineering change project as assigned by management.


3. To identify critical dimension points from part drawing and record in the critical dimension list


4. To buy off 1st sample receive from Tooling Section.


5. To prepare all the new project documents.


6. To review inspection trial data as recorded by FAI inspector.


7. To coordinate with Tool-room on items to be repair and modify.


8. To correspond with customer on the status of Trial sample appearance.


9. FAI data and tooling performance optimization.


10. To coordinate with supplier on items to be repair and modify, based on customer requirement.


11. To monitor the trial samples and trial documents submission schedule to Customer.


12. Coordinate in the feasibility of part, SCE discussion& submission of DFM, PPAP documents, Design data, mould flow analysis & other related data to supplier / customer for review/approval.


13. To be able to upload all documentation on "SUPPLY ON" website.


14. To be able to do the planning and track the project progress in each stage in "MICROSOFT PROJECT".


15. To be able to upload the IMDS.


16. To maintain / prepare all the APQP related documents in "MICROSOFT PROJECT".


17. To be able to solve problems by using problem solving techniques.
