This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Management (NBFC - Accounting) professional in India.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within NBFC and banking projects. You will be responsible for documenting requirements, assisting technical teams with BRDs and FRDs, and translating client data into accounting policies. Your work will involve generating reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality assurance across project deliverables. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting financial solutions that impact multiple domains, including lending, collections, and CRM systems. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of projects and contributing to both strategic and operational outcomes.
Accountabilities

• Collaborate with teams during research, design, and development phases to understand requirements and create clear documentation.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to guide technical teams.
• Collect client master data and develop accounting policies based on the information gathered.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports for stakeholders to maintain transparency and track progress.
• Participate in the QA process to ensure all solution features and functions are activated and optimized.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project management or implementation within NBFC, banking, or lending domains.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, and other business documents.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of lending/NBFC industry operations and software such as LMS, LOS, Collections, and CRM.
• Understanding of accounting practices in banking and lending, including strategy definition and charge codes.
• Advantageous: familiarity with SQL, databases, and other technical tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets.
