Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

+ Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with Siemens standards and customer expectations.
+ Develop and monitor detailed

project schedules, resource allocation, and monitoring plans

.
+ Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

+ Act as the single point of contact for

internal and external stakeholders

, ensuring transparent communication.
+ Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns, and driving satisfaction.
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Risk & Cost Management

+ Conduct

risk analysis

and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
+ Drive

cost control and budget management

, ensuring profitability of projects.
+ Monitor KPIs for schedule, cost, and quality compliance.

Leadership & Coordination

+ Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring effective performance and development.
+ Collaborate with senior management on

strategic decisions

related to project portfolio.
+ Implement best practices in

planning, scheduling, and monitoring

tools (Primavera/MS Project preferred).

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven expertise in

WHRPP, Biomass, and Biogas power plant projects

. Strong knowledge of

project planning, scheduling, and monitoring tools

. Hands-on experience in

customer handling

and managing multi-stakeholder environments. Proficiency in

risk assessment, cost management, and reporting frameworks

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation)

or related field.

PMP Certification

20-25 years of proven project management experience in

power & renewable energy projects

.
