About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead with confidence, coordinating teams and managing dependencies efficiently
2. Prevent roadblocks and anticipate needs. We need individuals who think ahead, cater to our customer\'s needs, and help our product excel
3. Understand the value of a truly agile process, quickly identify and address process gaps, leverage efficient prioritization, and maintain control over the project\'s direction
4. Take your place at the decision-making table and steer our project ship confidently

Skills needed:

1. Agile Expertise: Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies
2. Communication: Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and team members, and manage dependencies
3. Customer Orientation: Ability to understand and cater to customers\' and the users\' needs. Understand the Business direction and bridge the gap between the business, and the user via the product offering and features
4. Process Improvement: Capability to identify and quickly rectify gaps in processes, and proficiency in managing priorities and maintaining control over projects
5. Documentation: Ability to review and suggest improvements in Technical Requirement Documents, coupled with proficiency in creating UML diagrams such as system architecture diagrams, Sequence diagrams, User Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams
6. Tech understanding: Familiarity with data engineering, cloud-native technologies, AI/ML, mobile, web, and backend application development is a plus
