About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Be accountable for project results along with the project sponsor
2. Work with the project sponsor and stakeholders to complete the project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
3. Complete the work breakdown structure to estimate the effort required for each task
4. Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
5. Communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders
6. Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members
7. Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle
8. Manage project scope effectively by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms
