This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the implementation and optimization of loan management systems within the financial sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and client stakeholders, to ensure smooth deployment and configuration of software solutions. The role provides exposure to real-world project management, client interaction, and process improvement in a dynamic environment. Interns will gain valuable experience in functional consulting, data migration, testing, and training while developing a strong understanding of accounting principles and loan management workflows. Accountabilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of loan management systems tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure accurate data migration.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate system accuracy and functionality.
• Support the creation of documentation, process guides, and training materials for clients.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing queries.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and system adoption.
• Participate in training sessions and assist clients in maximizing the use of the software.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and interest in financial services.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with relational databases and basic data handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Motivation to learn project management and functional consulting practices in the lending domain.
