Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager with strong exposure to PEB and erection works to lead end-to-end execution of industrial and commercial steel structure projects. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and timelines, and driving successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Site Management
Plan, execute, and monitor PEB erection projects from mobilization to handover
Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
Ensure timely completion of erection, sheeting, roofing, and finishing activities
Erection & Execution
Oversee structural steel erection, PEB installation, and allied works
Coordinate with fabrication teams, transporters, and erection contractors
Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges efficiently
Cost & Contract Control
Monitor project costs, budgets, and material consumption
Manage subcontractors, billing, measurements, and variation orders
Ensure adherence to contractual terms and minimize cost overruns
Quality & Safety
Ensure compliance with QAP, erection drawings, and IS/ASTM standards
Enforce strict EHS and safety practices at site
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality benchmarks
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports
Act as the single point of contact for site-related issues
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), erection checklists, and as-built records
Track approvals, RFIs, and drawing revisions
Support project closure documentation and handover

Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of PEB design concepts, erection methodology, and sequencing
Experience in industrial sheds, warehouses, factories, and large-span structures
Ability to read and interpret GAs, shop drawings, and erection drawings
Familiarity with MS Project / Primavera is an advantage
Managerial & Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under tight schedules and high-pressure environments

Preferred Experience
Experience with reputed PEB manufacturers or EPC contractors
Exposure to large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
Willingness to travel and work at remote project sites.
Salary Range- 8-12 LPA
