Essential Job Functions
Drive Country Serialisation Implementation
  • Understand country regulatory requirements for Serialisation and UDI
  • Coordinate with Affiliate, Labelling, Production & IT teams
  • Prepare for go-live and conduct affiliate training
Support and Maintain Global Serialisation Solution
  • Handle alerts daily with the serialisation Denmark team
  • Update Excel tool and dashboard; assess criticality and follow up on critical issues
  • Support EU serialisation maintenance tasks
Optimize Global Serialisation Solution
  • Analyze maintenance tasks and suggest optimizations
  • Propose and drive automation solutions
Issue Solving Across Process, System, and Organization
  • Understand complex IT solutions like Russia's serialisation system
  • Provide support on both process knowledge and operational tasks
  • Drive problem solving and process improvements
Contribute to Governance and Team Operations
  • Participate in governance activities for IT solutions and processes
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure system/process compliance
Support ad-hoc tasks:
  • Structure and maintain global SharePoint site and content
  • Contribute to user guides and SOPs
  • Support on MD tasks and other country solutions
Cross-Functional Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate effectively across NN (e.g., pack sites, affiliates)
  • Present complex material in a simple and concise manner
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across Product Supply and IT
Qualifications
Education
MSC, MBA, or similar graduate degree in relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science)
Experience
  • 3-6 years' experience in project management and end-to-end Supply Chain processes
  • 3-5 years' experience with SAP ECC and ATTP/ICH
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and agile methodologies preferred
  • Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau preferred
  • Strong manufacturing and supply chain IT knowledge

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in an international context
