Role Overview

We are looking for a

Project Management Executive

who can handle software projects end-to-end and actively

identify, approach, and onboard new clients

. The ideal candidate should bridge clients and the technical team smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate

new software project leads

Meet potential clients and understand business requirements Prepare project proposals, timelines, and cost estimates Coordinate with development, design, and marketing teams Manage project execution, delivery schedules, and client communication Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills

Strong communication & negotiation skills Basic understanding of

software development, mobile apps, websites & digital marketing

Client handling & relationship management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage

Preferred Qualities

Self-motivated & target-driven Good presentation and follow-up skills Willingness to meet clients and close deals
