Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage all project phases -- from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Monitor on-site activities and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Manage material procurement, vendor coordination, and approval processes.
Conduct regular site and progress meetings with project stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Lead project teams and provide direction to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel

Qualifications
