Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Project Management Consultant to oversee, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing projects within our furniture production facility. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project planning, process improvement, and cross-functional team collaboration to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for furniture manufacturing projects. Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution

Process Optimization:

Analyze existing manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase quality.

Quality & Standards Compliance:

Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality benchmarks

Training & Development:

Provide guidance and training to staff on new processes, tools, or standards introduced through project initiatives.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in project management within furniture manufacturing or related industries. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
