Laxair Med Construction is looking for an experienced

Project Management Consultant (PMC)

for hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage hospital construction and healthcare projects from planning to completion Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and timelines Monitor site activities and resolve technical or execution challenges Review drawings, BOQs, and project documentation Liaise with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution
Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum

3-7 years of experience

in hospital or healthcare projects Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and site management Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus
