BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience:
7-12 years in project management; PMC experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication; good knowledge of construction practices, quality, and safety norms; proficiency in project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor project schedules and plans.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Supervise site execution to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Track project progress, prepare reports, and highlight risks or delays.
Verify contractor bills, monitor budgets, and support cost control.
Enforce safety measures and compliance with statutory regulations.
Maintain proper project documentation and assist in obtaining necessary approvals.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and smooth handover of the project.
