Project Management Trainee - Construction
. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in project management within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
Monitor day-to-day activities on the construction site and maintain reports.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Support documentation, billing, and financial tracking for project-related expenses.
Attend regular site inspections and review project progress.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of construction processes and project workflows.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle fieldwork as needed.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and project documentation.
