Education Mandatory: Graduate with Commerce Background Desirable: M Com, CA OR CA (Intermediate) MBA Finance Experience \xef\x82\xa7 12-15 years of experience in Project Management in the non-voice BPO industry and preferably in Finance & Accounting process. \xef\x82\xa7 Should have handled teams of sizes ranging from 60-70, with TL\xe2\x80\x99s & PL/AM\xe2\x80\x99s reporting into him/her Technical Competencies: (Job related) \xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of Accounts basic and Fundamentals \xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of all applications used in the process \xef\x82\xa7 Should create a baseline documents for referencing future projects \xef\x82\xa7 Should have worked extensively on MS Office \xef\x82\xa7 Should possess ERP knowledge Soft Skills: (Job related) \xef\x82\xa7 Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills \xef\x82\xa7 Effective client management \xef\x82\xa7 Excellent People Management skills \xef\x82\xa7 Excellent Analytical skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,600,000.00 - 91,800,000.00 per year Schedule:
