The CAO Application Change Governance team is a newly established team within the CAO COO organization with the objective to establish governance processes for the application delivery of CAO's book of work across Compliance/AFC, Legal, KYC/Client Due Diligence, Investment Guideline Management and HR. The team also aims to support these CAO functions in the business side activities during joint projects with IT.

Your key responsibilities
Owning typical project management / PMO activities to support the various change projects:
+ Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes and RAID logs
+ Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
+ Monitor project timelines and deliverables
+ Support governance processes
+ Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates
+ Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
+ Support go live activities (e.g. UAT preparation) and post-go live warranty period. Supporting the Lead BAs / business SME in turning business expectations into clearly defined business requirements for implementation with IT or vendor organisations.
Support assessment of solution options in line with business requirements.
Opportunity to work independently on assigned analysis tasks.

Management of required activities and coordination with the necessary stakeholders within the organisation (e.g. business teams, operations teams, IT)
Your skills and experience
Domain Skills
5+ years of work experience within corporate financial services industry, Research/Analytics role in other Banks/KPOs etc
Minimum 3-5 years experience as a project manager / business analyst in change projects and driving analysis results independently
Strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proven problem solving skills and ability to structure and assess complex problems to develop solution options
Ideally proven experience in process analysis, process design and target state definitions and the documentation thereof.
Ideally relevant business expertise for CAO would be beneficial (Compliance/AFC, Legal, KYC/Client Due Diligence, Investment Guideline Management and HR)
Experience of working with agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
Experience in preparing/leading user acceptance test cycles
Confident in working in a remote project setup across multiple time zones
Communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills across various seniority levels
Good verbal and written communication skills at all levels - onshore & remote
Ability to visualise complex topics as a way to converse with stakeholders.
Technical skills
Demonstrated experience (as 'user'), understanding and appreciation of technology and IT delivery processes
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must
Experience in using JIRA
Soft Skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Flexibility to handle multiple parallel projects / engagements
Ability and interest to adopt to new requirements and new project contexts (e.g. switching from a Compliance project to a Legal requirement)
Educational Qualification
Degree in software engineering or business management
