Role Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to support and maintain critical data processes related to inbound deliveries, purchase orders, deployment activities, and exception handling. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency across our North America Planning and Deployment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support NA Planning and Deployment teams by updating and managing data accurately and on time.Monitor inbound shipments and update delivery information in SAP.Maintain purchase order start dates and ensure timely updates.Handle deployment reason codes and resolve related errors.Manage CTSP exception processes and send relevant notifications.Generate and distribute QTS-BD reports and notifications.Update reporting characteristics to support business planning
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Master Data Management, preferably in Product/Material Planning, Customer Logistics, or Distribution.Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA, SAP R3, SAP PLM, or SAP AOP.Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
