Project Lead - Planning for High Rise Residential Project



1) Preparing & tracking of master schedule of the entire project after taking necessary inputs from PL and taking client sign off on the same.

2) Preparation of weekly, fortnight and monthly reports indicating planned and actual progress at site.

3) Conducting weekly progress review, fortnight finishing review, monthly quality & vendor review meetings and preparing of MOM.

4) Preparation of revised schedules, catch up plans and micro planning according to site conditions

5) Coordinating with architects, consultants & clients to achieve uninterrupted work.

6) Preparing of Checklist from the approved method statements, developing and monitoring the activity process flows and monitoring, maintaining quality check records.

7) Recording and Tracking all the NCR's issued and ensuring close-outs.

8) Tracking of resources including Material and Manpower and identifying shortfalls.

9) Identifying risks and ensuring mitigation by highlighting the same to different stakeholders.

10) Handover technical and financial documents to client's representatives as per agreed handing over schedule.

What this job involves:

Maintaining smooth site operations

Maintaining seamless and orderly site operations will be your main agenda every day. In this role, you will take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site design problems, managing construction works and keeping timesheets and records for reporting purposes.

Aside from these, you will also see to it that the projects comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislations, standards and codes of practice. Likewise, you will prepare and manage the implementation of the Project Management Project Safety Plan.

Are you comfortable facing people on a daily basis? Part of your job is to assemble and lead a team of experts and bring out the best in each member. You will constantly coordinate with key stakeholders, and manage subcontractors and suppliers. You will carry out negotiations with contractors and suppliers as well.

Proven expertise in site management

An ideal candidate is a certified professional in a building-related discipline, with significant experiences in site supervision.
