Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for ERP and CRM software development.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee development activities using .NET technologies (frontend) and SQL Server (backend).
Ensure timely delivery of modules, releases, and project milestones.
Coordinate with developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Conduct project review meetings, status reporting, and documentation.
Ensure quality control by working closely with QA teams.
Drive continuous improvement and optimize development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
9-10 years of experience in software development, including team leadership.
Strong expertise in
.NET framework, .NET Core, MVC, Web API
, and related technologies.
Solid hands-on experience with
SQL Server
, database design, and performance tuning.
Proven experience in leading ERP/CRM implementations.
Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.
