Serve as a core member of an engineering team that designs and develops webservices, webpages, APIs, and microservices.
Collaborate with other product teams on integrations, testing, and deployments.
Translate business requirements into detailed specifications.
Ensures software engineering excellence (e.g. best practices and quality) is achieved within the product team.
Collaborates with other Product Teams to reduce complexity across the product / product line, enhance interoperability between services, and make key design decisions across the portfolio.
Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile and user-centric perspective.
Clearly communicate with team members and internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate software engineering excellence through actively coding, pairing, and performing code and architecture reviews with other software engineers.
Ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment.
