Job Description

Role Purpose:

• Manage and drive special projects as per the Division Requirement which creates additional business value, Value Chain strengthening
• Identify and develop niche segment with Innovation
• Drive results in terms of liquidation, self-starter, high influential role
• Innovation in input creation with Division Marketing Lead
• Sharpen technical knowledge of front-line team- (MDO, TM\'s)
• Strong influence, collaboration and coordination with BM\'s to drive common goal
• Provide key influencers support to the Division
• Key networking with external stakeholders (NRCs, Universities, KVKs, etc.)
• Update and share insights on key policy changes

Accountabilities:

• Provide key influencers support specially to Crop Units
• Projects - outcomes
• Develop Innovation - New concepts
• Key initiatives in inputs
• Creative concepts

Qualifications

Critical knowledge:

• An agriculture graduates preferably with MBA or PG in Marketing
• Expertise in CP -crop agronomy, good communication skill
• High influential and role model to develop new concepts

Critical experience:

• Over 8-10 years\' experience in crop protection.

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities:

• Effective presentation skills
• Good hands on Excel and PPT
• Degree in agriculture sciences is must. Post Graduate degree in business management / Marketing is desirable
• Effective networking and inter-personal relations
• Effective written / verbal communication
• Expert in tech. knowledge

Critical leadership capabilities:

• As job holder has been in this role for last few years, no major challenges are foreseen for next 12 months.
