Role Overview

: As a Project Lead, you will not only coordinate but also initiate, plan, and guide projects to completion. You will work closely with management, collaborate with teams across departments, and ensure smooth execution while maintaining quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables from initiation to closure.

-Take ownership of end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion.Coordinate and lead meetings, reviews, and progress updates.

-Track project performance, prepare reports, and highlight risks/issues.Maintain all project documentation, compliance, and quality standards.Manage resources effectively and escalate conflicts where required.Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking of projects.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams for project requirements.

-Drive innovation and process improvements within projects.Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

-

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or related field.1-3 years of project coordination/management experience .

-Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.

-Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

-Ability to work independently and take initiative in building processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,485.50 - ₹30,351.73 per year
