What We Are Looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead for our Open Source Division who excels in PHP development across all frameworks and possesses strong full-stack expertise with technologies like React and Node.js. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and client management abilities to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and maintain effective communication. Architect, design, and develop scalable applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.), React.js, and Node.js. Oversee and mentor a cross-functional development team, fostering skill enhancement and productivity. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment for robust project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

6+ years of hands-on experience in PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and full-stack development (React, Node.js). Proficiency in database management (MySQL, MongoDB) and RESTful API integration. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills. Proven track record of managing client communications and delivering successful projects.
Preferred:

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices. Prior experience in open-source contributions is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
