Position Summary

Manage industrial and warehousing construction projects with Civil engineering and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) expertise.



Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously from design through completion Coordinate design teams, contractors, and consultants for on-time, on-budget delivery Review civil engineering plans including site development, utilities, and drainage systems Oversee PEB design submittals, structural details, and erection sequences Administer contracts, budgets, and change order processes Conduct site visits and quality control inspections Ensure building code compliance and coordinate authority approvals

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field 8-12 years project management experience Minimum 5 years in industrial/warehousing construction Hands-on PEB systems experience

Technical Skills

Civil engineering knowledge (site development, utilities) PEB structural systems and erection procedures Industrial building requirements (loading docks, heavy foundations, floor tolerances) Project management software (MS Project) AutoCAD plan reading and review

Professional Skills

Project Management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Problem-solving and attention to detail Client relationship management
