We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in interior fitout projects to oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion. The successful candidate will be based in Pune but will travel across India as required by project needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple interior fitout projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into project plans

Lead project teams including designers, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle

Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications

Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations

Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery

Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership team

Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in project management specifically for interior fitout projects

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and industry standards

Experience with project management tools and software

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office suite

Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems

Knowledge of building codes and regulations across major Indian cities

Budget management and cost control expertise

Vendor and contractor management experience

Travel RequirementsMust be willing to travel pan-India (approximately 40-50% travel) based on project requirements

LocationBased in Pune, Maharashtra with travel to project sites across India
