Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution for internal ERP/CRM platforms and AI integration efforts
• Collaborate with operations, wellness, and tech teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment
• Oversee system architecture understanding, including APIs, data workflows, and user permissions
• Coordinate across internal developers and external vendors/agencies
• Maintain strong documentation, testing protocols, and release management processes
• Work closely with the CTO on high-impact digital transformation projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 46 years of experience in technical project or product delivery
• Prior exposure to ERP, CRM, or internal systems development
• Strong cross-functional communication and documentation abilities
• Comfortable working with APIs, data structures, user roles/permissions
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with external tech vendors or development agencies
• Exposure to AI/ML project environments (as coordinator or stakeholder)
• Background in healthtech, wellness, or process-heavy industries
