Conduct comprehensive reviews of progress of work by contractor and plan remedial measures in case milestones are not likely to be achieved. Lead the Construction Supervision Team to ensure quality & safety and construction in accordance with approved designs and laid down specifications. Assisi the Client to coordinate with any other parties such as the authorities, utility undertakers or residents for a smooth construction work. Assisting General Manager (Client) in performing the contractual duties in site. Assisting Deputy Project Director/ Project Director in management and distribution of team of Resident Engineers, Section engineers and Inspector for the supervision and monitoring or the execution and compliance of the works. Assisting Deputy Project Director/ Project Director In reporting on progress; Safety, finance, quality, delay and changes for the construction aspects of the works. Ensuring the project quality central procedures are implemented for supervision aspects of the works and continually monitoring these procedures for possible improvements. Orient, assign and supervise the construction inspection staff on a daily basis so that all contractor activities are adequately covered. Execution of Elevated Viaduct, Elevated Station, Segment works, Launching works with Standards. Technical specification and Quality control assurance Method Statements / Inspection Test Plan (ITP) procedure for construction. Overall 20+ years experience after BE/ BTech Minimum 5 years with Metro projects at similar capacity
