We are looking for a Project Lead whose primary role involves overseeing the workflows and processes to ensure streamlined and error-free production of various collaterals. At Digital Media Solutions, we help universities disseminate their research and building brand awareness by converting complex and technical scientific content across STEM fields and other content into various simple, easy-to-digest and engaging collateral such as research stories, press releases, social media posts, and storyboards for graphical summaries, infographics, brochures, flyers, posters, videos etc. for research dissemination, promotion, and marketing purposes.
Job responsibilities:
Understanding the client's goals and creating a strategy (along with content and design experts) on the kind of collateral to be produced as well as the volumes and frequency. Creating a strong execution plan that ensures a smooth production process to ensure no disruption in deliveries. This may include coming up with optimal workflows, managing resource capacity, creating realistic timelines, having contingency plans, etc. Ensuring smooth collaboration between production teams (content and design) as well as a streamlined communication channel from the client, account managers, and client managers such that the client's brief is clearly conveyed without any information loss along the way. Ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. Communication with customers, and internal and external stakeholders to discuss the project scope, approach, timelines, etc.

Qualifications and prerequisites:
The applicant should have a Master's or Higher degree in any relevant field (STEM preferable) and excellent English language skills. Experience in managing multi-team projects with large-scale production workflows. Experience in multimedia collateral productions is a plus. Past experience in science promotion or university promotion is a plus.
