Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Lead to oversee and manage construction and interior projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in project execution, team coordination, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise all project activities to ensure timely and quality completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to manage project progress. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and company policies. Review drawings, specifications, and work progress on-site. Identify and resolve project issues or delays efficiently. Prepare regular progress reports and update management on project status. Lead the site team to achieve project goals within defined timelines and budgets.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of project planning and execution in civil/interior works. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
