Job Summary:

The Project Lead will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Allocate resources and monitor team performance to ensure project milestones are met. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress. Ensure adherence to company processes, standards, and quality expectations. Support team members with guidance, mentorship, and problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in [relevant field]. Proven experience as a Project Lead, Project Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.
