Job Description

1.

Project Planning & Coordination

Define project scope, timeline, and budget. Develop project schedules and track progress. Coordinate with clients, designers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors. Plan and organize workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
2.

Budget Management

Prepare and manage project budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure cost control. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services. Approve purchase orders and invoices.
3.

Design Coordination

Liaise between the interior designer and construction team to ensure design intent is executed accurately. Review design drawings and suggest modifications based on feasibility, budget, or timelines. Manage change orders and design revisions.
4.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

Oversee on-site work to ensure alignment with design specifications and safety standards. Ensure work is executed with quality and according to timeline. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
5.

Client Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and budget. Handle client feedback and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
6.

Team Leadership

Lead project teams including contractors, designers, consultants, and tradespeople. Resolve conflicts and facilitate smooth collaboration among stakeholders.
7.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations. Maintain proper project documentation: contracts, reports, approvals, permits, etc.
8.

Handover & Post-Project Review

Coordinate final inspections and approvals. Ensure snag lists (punch lists) are completed. Oversee project handover to client. Conduct post-project evaluations for future improvements.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
