Join JLL as an Project Lead, where you'll support the delivery of top-tier projects while advancing your career in a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. Play a key role in ensuring project success, working with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Assist in overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
xc2xb7 Manage and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
xc2xb7 Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
xc2xb7 Review project documentation to ensure compliance with standards and contracts.
xc2xb7 Assist in procuring necessary materials, equipment, and services for project execution.
xc2xb7 Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement contingency plans.
xc2xb7 Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
Required Qualifications:
xc2xb7 Masters degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of construction principles and project management methodologies.
xc2xb7 Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate industry.
xc2xb7 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
xc2xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
xc2xb7 Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
xc2xb7 Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
xc2xb7 Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
xc2xb7 Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
xc2xb7 Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
