Designation: Project Director / Project Lead

Location: Gurugram

Qualification:

B.Arch + Graduation in Project Management (Preferred PMP/PG in Construction Management)

Experience:

Minimum 15 years in leading EPC projects Must have successfully executed at least one project with a budget > ?150 Cr, ideally in museums, galleries, or public spaces with immersive/interactive tech components

Role & Responsibilities:

Overall leadership and ownership of the project Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (tech, MEPF, content, design) ensuring timely and quality delivery Liaise with government bodies, stakeholders, and vendors Ensure compliance, safety, and quality benchmarks across the lifecycle including O&M Oversee the integration of React.js, Node.js, Python-based tech platforms into visitor experience systems

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tech-enabled exhibit deployments Budgeting, contract management, and risk management

Pay: ?966,114.23 - ?7,544,556.77 per year
