Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Project Lead with a proficient full-stack development background and experience in managing product-based projects. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in project or team leadership

with solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, guide the development team, and ensure high-quality, timely releases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution for product-based development. Manage project planning, timelines, sprint execution, and delivery. Conduct Agile/Scrum ceremonies -- daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Design, and Product). Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure clarity for the team. Prepare project roadmaps, sprint plans, release plans, and delivery milestones. Provide technical guidance to the full-stack development team when needed. Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders. Ensure all deliverables meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. Manage resource allocation, task assignments, and team performance tracking. Identify process improvements and contribute to team productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and management to identify and refine requirements.

Requirements:

8+ years of overall experience in software development. Minimum 3+ years of experience as Project Lead / Project Manager. Proficient full-stack development background (e.g., Node.js, React.js). Experience working on product-based applications (not only service projects). Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Design/UX teams to convert business cases and high-level concepts into clear, structured functional requirements. Ensure requirements are fully understood by the engineering team by preparing user flows, wireframe reviews, technical feasibility checks, and acceptance criteria. Translate product vision into actionable development plans and technical specifications. Manage scope changes, feature prioritization, and expectation alignment. Proven experience in managing medium to large teams. Hands-on experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in Git, project tracking tools (Jira/Trello/Click up), and CI/CD workflows. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to DevOps practices and modern CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Experience in scaling large product platforms or SaaS applications. Experience working with international clients. Understanding of QA processes and automation tools.

Pay: ₹726,062.28 - ₹1,504,793.26 per year
