Job Responsibilities: List the professional and/or technical competencies needed when performing the key responsibilities of the position. Explain the degree to which this position affects the business (i.e. making decisions, defining or setting strategy, etc.). Simultaneously manage multiple complex technology-centric global Digital/IT projects. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from project approval to project closure. Develop and maintain dynamic project budgets and actuals. Manage the triple constraint of Scope, Schedule, and Budget throughout the project lifecycle, while maintaining a high level of quality in the process and results. Provide accurate, comprehensive, periodic status reports to multiple stakeholders. Interface with all levels of management and staff to provide strategic and tactical advice on project planning and execution and keep management informed. Support Digital/ IT Project Management Office overall operations. Coordinate and participate in all project review meetings with Steering Committee. Create project portals and guide project teams on utilization and benefits. Adhere to Solution Delivery Lifecycle Methodology and PMO procedures. Assembles project team, identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables. Determines project costs/ensures delivery on time and within budgetary guidelines. Proactively manage Risk and Issue logs. Develop and execute Risk Mitigation strategies. Proactively facilitate Issue Resolution. Assist in the management of vendors who work on assigned programs, including vendor evaluation, time card approvals, ongoing operational improvement efforts, etc. Interface with corporate functional leads such as Finance, Human Resource and corporate Development to understand and identify opportunities for IT enhancements that will serve their needs and strategic plans. Basic Qualifications: List the minimum and desired education (including degrees, licenses, certification or registrations) and experience needed to perform the key responsibilities of the position. Bachelors Degree Strongly desired certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP\xc2\xae), will consider CAPM certified professional with 5+ years of experience Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects Demonstrated leadership qualities A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization Basic understanding of finance and accounting to manage project budgets. Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Portfolio Server Preferred Qualifications: Please list the preferred qualifications needed for this position based on the following: MBA Preferred Possess conflict resolution skills Excellent meeting and facilitation skills Project documentation abilities Versed in risks versus issues Versed in issue escalation methods Excellent Vendor Management skills Experience working in IT area of Solution Delivery projects like SAP, eCommerce, SDLC Experience with Agile techniques a plus Eligibility Requirements: List specific location of position and % of willingness to travel.
