Weekly connect with the SAG leader to review the team Productivity and the delivery milestones.
Drive continual improvement initiatives.
Develop standards and procedures enhance the checklist based on the need.
Drive standup meeting to monitor the efficiency of the team.

Work Experience
Engineering degree in Mechanical
8+ years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore segment)
Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream
Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams
* Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
