Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Master Data Management
You will be aligned with our analytics vertical and will be helping us in determining new projects within MDM. In this role, you will be responsible to work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues. Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems
Responsibilities

  • Buildup / Grow the MDM practice, through leveraging our team and network of professionals
  • Lead MDM projects, end-to-end, defining project approach, resources and delivering them till the end
  • Participate in the development of master data management strategies, implementation roadmaps and business cases
  • Understand and evaluate business processes, enabling to successfully translate business needs into information and data requirements
  • Help defining and embedding Master Data Management principles at clients
  • Assess, design, develop and implement Master Data Management solutions within complex system landscapes
  • Evaluate and design (Master) data architectures and data flow diagrams; Provide support in product development, proposals, and further research around the topic of Master Data Management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate/Post Grad (Preferably BHMS/BUMS)
  • Good knowledge of healthcare & master data management
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in working on master data management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data to determine best value
  • Direct or other relevant information system experience in SAP
  • Above average Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent language skills in English, both verbal and written
