Role Overview
We are looking for motivated interns to support Green Worms' Social Impact Projects,
focusing on Cluster Development and River Rejuvenation Initiatives. The role offers hands-on
experience in community engagement, project coordination, and sustainability-driven
operations that create measurable social and environmental outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Cluster Development & Livelihood Creation:
Support establishment and operations of sustainable production clusters.
Engage with women entrepreneurs and SHGs for training, capacity-building, and
operational support.
Assist in creating sustainable market linkages and monitoring cluster performance.
River Rejuvenation & Clean-up:
Coordinate on-ground waste recovery and recycling activities along identified river
stretches.
Support field logistics, data collection, and documentation of waste recovery metrics.
Liaise with local authorities, field workers, and partner organizations for smooth
implementation.
Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with local bodies, government departments, and project partners for timely
approvals and progress updates.
Maintain accurate project documentation and support monitoring and reporting processes.
Eligibility
Students or graduates in Social Work, Development Studies, Environmental Management,
or related disciplines.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for sustainability, livelihood creation, and waste management.
Proficiency in Malayalam and English preferred.
Compensation and Learning Support
Monthly Support: ₹5,000 + travel allowance (as per company policy).
Includes field exposure, mentorship, and learning opportunities across sustainability and
community development projects.
Certificate of completion and potential transition to full-time Project Coordinator roles
based on performance.
