Could you be the full-time Project Technical Interface Manager in [Mumbai] we're looking for?



Your future role





Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in managing technical interfaces within a project in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and solution-oriented teammates.



You'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of external interfaces, from identifying needs to supporting commissioning activities. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Installation, and Testing teams), liaise with external contractors and partners, and facilitate communication to resolve complex technical challenges.



You'll specifically take care of managing interface specifications and design documents, as well as maintaining an interface matrix and integration strategy, but also oversee the interface change process and ensure timely client acceptance milestones.



We'll look to you for:


Supporting the engineering team by providing on-site information and clarifications as needed Managing the on-site list of issues with clients and internal teams Supervising and coordinating all external interface-related issues Acting as the key contact for interfacing contractors, such as track, power supply, rolling stock, and communications Establishing effective communication channels to resolve interface issues Producing interface-related documentation, including meeting minutes and interface specifications Validating the implementation of interface specifications during system commissioning Carrying out site surveys to assess project needs

Engineering degree or equivalent industrial experience 10+ years of experience in system signalling engineering, preferably CBTC-based signalling Demonstrated knowledge of CBTC signalling technology, system design, integration, or commissioning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a system-minded approach Resilience and the ability to work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with diverse stakeholders Ability to identify critical tasks and ensure timely execution and follow-up Fluency in English
