Job Description

As our Project & Installations Coordinator, you are the operational backbone behind every successful installation. You will own the delivery phase of each project scheduling works, coordinating with trades, managing hardware, and ensuring every installation meets AutoNest's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project schedules, installer bookings, site access, and logistics across simultaneous projects Track stock orders, deliveries, hardware staging, returns, and installation readiness Liaise with builders, electricians, and AutoNest installers to ensure seamless on-site execution Maintain task trackers, project workflows, and installation checklists o Attend site visits to assess progress, mark up cabling plans, troubleshoot issues, and uphold standards Capture site photos, progress notes, and client feedback, ensuring accurate CRM/project updates Identify risks early and work proactively to keep projects running smoothly Support development and improvement of installation SOPs, documentation, and quality processes

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
