We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Project Incharge

to oversee planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project activities including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control. Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Monitor site activities regularly and resolve any issues or delays. Maintain documentation of project progress, material consumption, and cost tracking. Conduct regular project meetings and report status to senior management. Manage procurement planning and inventory control at site. Ensure timely completion of work as per the project plan.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3-7 years of project management/site incharge experience (construction, industrial, or infrastructure preferred). Strong knowledge of project execution, BOQ handling, site supervision, and resource planning. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera/AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.

Preferred:

Experience in managing multiple sites or high-value projects. Knowledge of safety protocols, statutory compliance, and vendor management.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
