Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of site execution for high-end villa construction projects. Lead day-to-day operations and coordinate with all stakeholders including contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal PMC teams. Ensure timely completion of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedule. Monitor and control quality, safety, and compliance standards at the site. Conduct regular project review meetings with clients and internal teams. Ensure optimal resource utilization (manpower, materials, equipment). Coordinate closely with Planning Engineer to align site execution with overall project plan. Handle contractor management including work allocation, performance monitoring, and certification. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site progress reports and escalate risks proactively. Ensure proper documentation, checklist implementation, and record-keeping. Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on-site.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
