Position: Project In-charge

Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra

Requisites:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in residential building construction Strong technical expertise in RCC works, finishing works, services coordination, and overall site management Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple teams, high-pressure environments, and strict project deadlines Preferred Qualification: Candidates with township project experience will be given preference

Responsibilities:

Coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, consultants, vendors, and contractors Check site measurements, verify contractor bills, and maintain accurate site documentation and records Ensure quality control by monitoring materials, workmanship, and adherence to construction standards Address and resolve on-site technical issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflow Prepare regular progress reports, monitor project budgets, and forecast resource requirements Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety protocols, and company quality standards Lead, guide, and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for efficient execution
