Experience in Civil Site-in-charge ,prepare workplan , Prepare DPR, Drawing Study, Billing, Work Execution & Work Supervision in Foundation, Building & Roadwork inside the Steel -Plant area & Having Knowledge & Experience in MS OFFICE
Minimum Qualification Diploma/ Degree in civil & Above

Minimum Work Experience :- 3+years

Project oversight:

Manage all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.

Team coordination:

Direct and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.

Scheduling and budgeting:

Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and control costs to stay within the allocated budget.

Safety and compliance:

Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and legal requirements.

Resource management:

Select, procure, and manage the use of necessary tools, materials, and equipment.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.

Risk and problem-solving:

Identify potential issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve any problems or delays that arise.

Communication:

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and lead meetings to facilitate communication.
Required skills and qualifications

Proven experience in construction project management. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management software and tools. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like engineering, building science, or construction management is often required. Certifications like PMP are often a plus.
