HTCL Technologies Pvt Ltd Project In Charge Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project In-Charge to oversee and manage end-to-end project execution in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided budget, timeline, and scope. The Project In-Charge will work closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of project planning, execution, and completion.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope and requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, cost tracking, and site logs.

Manage site teams and ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Identify and resolve issues, delays, and risks impacting project delivery.

Report regularly to senior management on project status, budget updates, and potential risks.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Project Management / relevant field.

Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficient in MS Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

Knowledge of local regulations and standards applicable to the project type.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
