Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling o Prepare MEP execution strategies, work breakdown structures, and project timelines. o Coordinate with architects, civil teams, consultants, and clients. o Conduct resource planning for materials, labor, and equipment. Site Execution & Supervision o Supervise day-to-day MEP activities on site (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.). o Ensure work is done as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications. o Interface with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution. Quality Assurance & Control o Implement QA/QC procedures related to MEP works. o Review and approve method statements, checklists, and test reports. o Ensure third-party inspections and approvals are in place. Testing & Commissioning o Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. o Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with OEMs/vendors if needed. Progress Monitoring & Reporting o Maintain daily/weekly progress reports. o Monitor cost, schedule, and scope performance. o Prepare billing and work measurement documentation. Health, Safety & Compliance o Ensure adherence to HSE protocols. o Conduct toolbox talks and site safety inspections related to MEP works. Qualifications & Experience: o Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. o Experience: 7-15 years in managing MEP works in mid to large-scale construction projects. o Technical Skills: o Proficiency in reading MEP drawings (AutoCAD, Revit preferred) o Understanding of NBC, BIS, IS Codes, and local compliance o Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) o Location Preference: Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Patna.
