We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Implementation Coordinator to support end-to-end implementation of software and ERP solutions across client sites. This role is based in Bengaluru but requires frequent travel for client onboarding, training, and support during deployment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in software implementation and strong coordination skills to manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute project implementation plans in collaboration with internal and client teams
Oversee software onboarding and rollout processes, ensuring smooth implementation of ERP systems
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation phases
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), progress trackers, and client-facing reports
Track project milestones, deliverables, and address any issues or delays proactively
Facilitate client training and ensure adoption of implemented solutions
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and escalate concerns when necessary
Ensure post-implementation support is provided and feedback is gathered for continuous improvement
Must-Have Requirements:
Prior experience or understanding of software/ERP implementation
Strong project coordination and communication skills
Familiarity with ERP platforms and client onboarding processes
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
Willingness to travel frequently to client locations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Compensation:
Salary: Up to ?2 LPA
Travel allowances (as applicable)
