About this role
Experienced Project Management resource who manages projects that may involve a higher element of risk to business and require ability to use recognized project management methods and processes. The roles typically responsible for one or more end to end projects, including the financial impact for owned elements (e.g., a subproject/project/within a bigger project) of projects, and expected to be accountable for those elements of the projects. The role has a high level of interaction with stakeholders and customers and has a direct impact on Customer outcomes and experience.
You'll have the following responsibilities

• Co-ordinate's activities across multiple teams in including the end customer to plan success implementation of projects.

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of mid to high complexity CSR's as per scope, cost and time.

• Build and own client and stakeholder relationships at mid-levels (Site IT, supplier and external customers as per equivalent hierarchy)

• Take ownership and accountability of own SLA targets & drive wider stakeholders to exceed or meet them at the minimum

• Creates required project documentation and manages deliveries, creating and maintaining project trackers, send communications to internal and external stakeholders etc.

• Highlight risks to PM and manages risks within own delivery.

You'll have the following skills & experience

• Strong project delivery skills to manage end-to- end delivery of Mid to High complexity CSR's.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required.

• Requires experience working in collaboration with multiple/ wider teams.

• Ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies through the lifecycle of the project.

• Ability to persuade and influence and inspire clients at peer level.

• Medium degree of business and commercial acumen.

• Adequate experience of leading and delivering complex projects, requiring management of medium-term and long-term timeframes.

• Ability to take shared responsibility (with immediate manager and/or lead project manager of larger project) for volume, quality, timeliness of end results of specified projects at the account or business unit level
