Lead and manage the web development team.

Oversee the technical strategy for web development projects.

Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.

Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience Level:

Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in diverse industries.
